6-7 interviews with people from the applicable functional areas and 1 person from a department I would not interact with - they ask targeted questions to ensure good culture fit which I find to be great aspect of the company
I interviewed at Agios Pharmaceuticals (Cambridge, MA)
Interview
Very long interview process. After 12 interviews/conversations, they picked another candidate after me. The process was overall a good experience though, with clear expectations set. Would do it all over again because the company seems like a great place to work.
