The interview process was fairly quick and efficient, consisting of three rounds. I first met with the President, followed by the CEO, and then the Co-Founder. Two of the interviews were conducted virtually, while the final round was held in person in downtown Toronto. There were no projects or assignments required as part of the process, which made it straightforward and focused on conversations and fit. Overall, it was a smooth and well-organized experience.

There was an initial call with HR followed by an in-person interview with the Head of Marketing, as well as the VP of the company (for culture fit). They were fast to get back to me with an outcome, as I had a pending offer from another company.
