I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Agentis Energy in Apr 2021
Interview
The entire interview process was remote. From the time the application was submitted to offer letter, the process took about 3.5 weeks. Everyone involved, including the executives, were very responsive and answered any questions I had same day.
They use topgrading for the interview process which increases the amount/length of the interviews, but I believe works in favor for both parties. One interview consisted of a 1:1 with the CTO to get a high-level understanding of one another. Another interview was with the CTO and President to discuss my career from start to now. Final interview was with the engineering team to solution a current/past problem, which felt very natural compared to being quizzed on algorithm questions or some nonsense along those lines. Afterwards I had to submit some code samples from past work.

Question 1
Describe your career path, from why you chose the degree you have, to what made you leave each position and end up where you are now.

Interview
I got a quick response from the recruiter after I applied by emailing him and had a phone interview with him. About two weeks later I met in-person with the manager. I didn't get a final interview, but that would've been with the executives.
