Agency for Integrated Care interview questions

One online interview followed by a face to face meeting. Interview was with reporting officer and the head of department. HR business partner facilitated process and was the one whom you will mainly communicate with in terms of salary and start date of the employment.

Was shocked facing against a panel of 4 people in the first round. There's a total of 2 rounds. During the interview I was quite confused as there's no clear expectations of my exact job responsibilities / working location. Should take note that there's definitely more workload compared to the job description u see posted online.
