AgWest Farm Credit interview questions

Initial phone interview lasted 30 min. Ambeer and Carolyn spoke. Good connection. Both interviewers were prepared and asked questions relevant to my resume. Outreach before interview was also excellent. Text reminder sent after inital phone call to set up primary interview was a nice reminder.

1st round - phone call with recruiter and director of internal audit. Basic 30 min behavioral interview. 2 - 1.5 hour in-person interview with the same director of internal audit , but paired with a different recruiter Thank you Ambeer and Melanie! Grateful that you still took me into consideration for the position, and gave me two rounds of interviews. Even though I didn’t have all years of experience that is typically expected for the role.
