Interview
Was contacted directly by the company and they mentioned that they were interested in interviewing me. I had two interviews, one with HR/recruiter and a panel interview, both interviews went well but I was totally ghosted by the recruiter and haven't heard anything since. I already had another remote offer from a better company at that time so I wasn't particularly interested in going back to hybrid, but there's something to say for professionalism. The process left a bad taste in my mouth.

A lot of technical questions regarding my past experiences.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AfinityClick, (Ottawa, ON) in Nov 2019
Interview
Interview process was pretty straightforward, one with the manager and another with the CTO. No white-boarding, just general questions about the tech stack and good coding practices.
However, they seemed a little disorganized. They would forgot to answer some questions, would have last minute cancellations, and have delays in responses. They also rescinded the offer during the salary negotiation process so be wary.
