I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Affine (New Delhi)
Interview
First round was telephonic , just the basic details pertaining to the resume and how your profile fits for the role according to the projects/poc s you have done.
Second round was technical. Basic Sql, Python,ML questions along with a case study.
Third round was supposed to be business case studies related as was informed by the HR but i suppose the interviewer was not aware of the concept of case studies so he started asking basic ML questions like bias variance trade off, multicollinearity. It seemed as if some url was opened and he was reading the content line by line. It seemed like he was not ready to accept any answer whose phrasing is different than that was mentioned on the url he opened for reference.
