Interview
Interview process was fair. I had 2 stages and was tested on most of the skills outlined in my CV including my knowledge on best software practices and culture fit
The interview was in 3 stages
the first stage was technical and culture
second stage was technical with design lead and head of engineering
third stage was with CEO and HR
Basic things on customer support, it is a regular interview like other fintech and you should prepare yourself and be bold. It is not difficult and you would do an aptitude test before the interview.
