Started off with a informal chat with the recruiter and an engineer. Followed by an online coding assessment in hackerrank, a system design interview, and a culture fit interview. Everything went well until the last culture fit interview, where the interviewers did an unfair incorrect judgement of my culture fit and rejected me. To Adyen - please don't waste people's time by rejecting them without a credible reason in the culture fit interview.

Question 1
Hackerrank question had 3 parts: 1. Java question to test data structures knowledge 2. Java question to test inheritance/composition 3. SQL question
Pretty smooth experience, recruiter was very good, 5 rounds in total, online test, screening, DSA, system Design, leadership discussion, global leadership round, which was with CTO of adyen,so great overall
I applied the position which aligns with my experience via Adyen's application platform with referral program. My referrer answered their questions carefully, however then I got rejection via email without feedback. I was expecting from them to be clear what's the reason.
