Interview
First there was a hackerrank test of 3 questions I solved first and third questions correctly but second answer was missing a small point. The second round of technical interview was about reviewing the hackerrank answers I could explain and even improve my solutions on hackerrank and I passed the technical stage Final round was Leadership and Board interview where one recently promoted team lead and a higher level executive joined. Team Lead was hard to understand and the executive was not talking much. I did what I can but it was not a fruitful communication and I failed at that stage.

Hackerrank test consisted of 3 questions 1) a binary search tree implementation 2) Writing a moderately complex SQL query 3) Thread synchronization
I had an interview with HR. She asked me only few questions and kept the interview very short. I was well prepared for the interview reading all about Adyen Products and Adyen formula. HR asked about why adyen and why Amsterdam, also my tech-stack. I am not sure how they decide to choose candidates based on these 3 vague questions.

Interview
The process began with a recruiter screening, followed by an interview with a senior engineer, a coding challenge, and an interview with two engineers to assess the coding challenge. Strangely, I never received any feedback or communication from the recruiter afterward, which left me feeling rather ignored. I read some reviews of other candidates, it seems that ignoring candidates is a common thing of this company.
