Aound two weeks ago, two guys conducted my interview, such kind of poor communication I've not seen in any interviews. When I asked any question they just put unnecessary noise to answer with their broken communication.
They have totally lost track when I asked questions like "How do you guys deal with technical debt/disagreement"? Instead of giving the answer, they started to explain something else.
Any candidate will lose motivation after experiencing this kind of situation. Also, company will not get proper insights from candidates.
I think Adyen should provide some basic training(especially manners & communication) to who is conducting interviews.
