Overall a fair and unsurprising process. First round with recruiter, second round with hiring manager, third round with various members of the team, final round with founders. Questions asked are focused on your background, your interests, your competencies, and your cultural fit with the company.

Quite intensive, with multiple rounds and cases. which gives the feeling that they select only the best which is the best for the company. I believe the environment replicates that, which is a good thing.

Interview
The interview process was a joke. After my call with HR, I interviewed with management that went well. After the interview, the requested i do this project that took a while for me to put together. After a week or two without hearing anything, they scheduled a call with me only to be late by hours only to tell me they are going with another candidate.
Waste of time.
