We had an initial conversation a few days later, which was professional, friendly, and well-structured. The questions were relevant and helped assess my background accurately, especially given that not every AML Analyst on the market has a strong Data Analytics focus.
I then had interviews with the hiring manager and the team. The discussions were thoughtful and grounded in practical scenarios. I shared examples from my current role and how similar challenges and approaches could apply to their business model.
Ultimately, I wasn’t the right fit for the position for several understandable reasons, which I agree with. Still, the process was positive overall, and the team provided constructive and meaningful feedback that I genuinely appreciate.
