I applied online. I interviewed at Advocates for Human Potential
Interview
Overall messy, disorganized process. Recruiter/HR emailed on a Sunday afternoon asking for my availability for that Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and then proceeded to schedule me for the wrong time. Interview was 1 hr long with supervisor. She did not seem particularly enthusiastic about her job or the company as a whole and asked quite vague, poorly worded questions. Her questions did not match the job description which threw me off. When I asked questions about the role and company culture, she did not give straight answers and did not leave me with a good impression of the organization.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Advocates for Human Potential
Interview
I went through three rounds: A phone interview, a face-to-face, and a conference phone call. Each round featured very senior employees, and at each round they took great strides to explain what the company did and what would be expected of the employee. The questions that kept coming up: What do you know about us? Why do you want to work for us? Where do you see yourself in five years? How does your experience match the job? How do you handle multiple, congruent deadlines?

Question 1
My experience only matched half of the job description and they really grilled me on why I applied for this position and where I saw myself in three to five years. Make sure you can demonstrate long term commitment.
