They hire anyone. It used to be a great place with talented people, but they started hiring sleezeballs who have either suspended and/or questionable nursing skills because they can pay them next to nothing. Noone else will hire them!

I had a call with the recruiter first. Then I had a panel interview in person with 3 people. It was the director, nurse manager, and a nurse on the unit.

The interview process was straightforward, expectations were set and scheduling questions were asked. Not much too it, the manager was kind. Scheduling for PRN was 2 days a week per manager but hospital required 1 shift every week or 4 shifts in 4 weeks
