You do need to call after you submit a resume and stop into a store, otherwise your application can get missed. The interview process is very quick and painless You do have a personal interview, drug test and a background check. The job is not hard when the store is staffed, Unfortunately the company never seems to have adequate staffing,
Quick phone interview followed up with an in person or Zoom interview. If selected, Divisional Director of Operations will follow up by phone to offer the job. Very easy process.

Interview
The process was fast and friendly yet professional. My interviewer was well-spoken and friendly. I was greeted upon arrival and we began. I was in and out in approximately one half of an hour. I then completed a 6 hour observation period.
