The interview process would be what I describe as pretty typical. Recruiter conversation followed by scheduled interviews with managers in the department I was applying in. I also interviewed with the Vice President of the Department.
I appreciated this process as all individuals were timely, welcoming and friendly. They asked great questions that allowed me to really showcase my experience and show how relevant it was to the role. I also had an interview where 3 members were on the call at the same time (all on video). The interviews were very much more like a conversation. I really liked that!
They were very transparent with the role. I could tell it is a smaller/newer company that is still very much finding it's footing but they are all doing the right things when it comes to the recruitment process.
Ultimately I declined the offer but I liked the process.
