I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Adikteev (Paris) in Jan 2025
Interview

Question 1
Parlez-nous d'un incident de prod. Comment l'avez-vous géré ?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Adikteev in Sep 2024
Interview
1. Call with Talent Acquisition Partner
2. System design interview with a Senior Backend Engineer and a Staff Engineer — interesting problem with an important question during the interview around caching.
3. Interview with Head of Engineering — interview went well but I felt lacking enthusiasm and energy from him in general (not necessarily about me).
4. Final interview with CTO and CPO — discussions around the business, incident management, remote working and my strengths & areas of improvement.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Can you explain Adikteev to a non-tech-savvy person?
How would you handle the situation where your PR has a significant review for a complete change on the last day of the sprint (and it was part of the sprint goals)?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adikteev in Jun 2024
Interview
Round 1 was with the recruiter
Round 2 was with an Account Coordinator and a Client Partner, where we went over the role to see if it's any match to what I've done previously. We also went over industry knowledge and expectations. This was then followed by a take-home Excel exercise
Round 3 was with the hiring manager, similar to the previous round where they just wanted to learn more about the candidate.
Round 4 was with the CRO, more of a culture fit stage of the interview. If it all goes well, you'll hear back almost immediately(depending on the time difference) from the recruiter to schedule the next call regarding some good news.
