A recruiter from the company reached out to me, suggesting I might be a perfect match for a Senior Java developer role. After I submitted my CV, I waited nearly two weeks without receiving any feedback. Only after I followed up did she respond, saying that "colleagues don't think you fit." This experience reflects poor communication and a lack of alignment within the team. It's unprofessional to leave candidates waiting without updates or clear reasons for rejection—especially after initiating contact. It feels like a waste of time and shows a lack of respect for candidates.
