2 steps, simple and transparent. Two tiers, a reference check followed by a background check and then an offer. I was asked questions and I was given a chance to ask my questions. Full of transparency including what ramp up time would look like, commission structure etc

Applied online and got a rejection email 2 minutes later, making it pretty clear they don't have humans scanning resumes. I don't need sponsorship and am very qualified for the role so a little confused what their filtering process is.
