It was very simple interview. First was a tour of the facility, then to the office to discuss hours and previous experience. Although they do ask for a background check. They ask if there is something in your background, to let them know before doing the background check to not waste anyones time. I did have something and let them know. They said they would get back to me if it was ok to do the drug test and proceed with the process. Well, it wasn't ok and I didn't get the job.
