Poor candidate experience. Had 3 interviews for position at times, dates and places that suited them, poor flexibility with times and locations, ie dont have Skype for business so you have to go to their office to have a skype interview with someone from a different office. I was told I would hear in two days. Almost two weeks later no follow up. Team are nice and professional but poor follow up and seem to have forgotten that you need a good reputation to be a recruitment firm. They eventually followed up after almost 2 weeks when I had accepted a different role, and didnt offer any feedback.
