Since I am very familiar in Vedanta Ltd on my past performance, Vedanta Management itself took my interview process. It was fully technical and management related. 2 technical officers and 1 commercial officer from Vedanta Ltd(Adecco’s Client) were represented as panel. Commercial officer fully focused on my salary package negotiations. Technical officers fully focused on my technical knowledge and mangerical skills.
