Very quick and easy! They wanted to know what would make me a great matchmaker. Also, what my previous recruiting experience was and what companies I have worked for. Only had one interview, met the team and was hired the next day!

Why would you want to work for Adecco as a recruiter?
Sono state molto gentili le ragazze, mi hanno messo a mio agio e non mi hanno fatto sentire pressione per niente
La recruiter era molto giovane inoltre poi mi hanno chiesto solo di me e delle mie esperienze
The interview was typical, focused on technical questions, and lasted nearly an hour. The recruiter was polite and clearly explained the role, responsibilities, and work model with structure and professionalism.
