The phone interview was conducted by the hiring manager. She described the role and how it would part of a PMO. She asked some fairly typical interview questions and we discussed some of the PM tools that Addition Financial uses. It was a pleasant interview that left me with the impression that I would probably like working there. Sadly, I did not pass to the next stage of the process, but I will probably apply again if a suitable position opens.
