Recruiter called over phone, then set up another phone call with someone at the office. The job description includes these items:
[Bonus] Previous experience in investment management
[Bonus] Programming or scripting experience
However, from how this interview went, this job is mostly a high-touch, white gloves customer service position, and how well you know programming or scripting doesn't really matter.
