Adaptec interview questions

process took about two weeks. Initally over the phone, then a fly out to meet hiring team. full day of interviews was exciting and challenging - back to back full schedule. offer came a couple days after in person interviews

Phone call tested the basic programming /C questions (Structs, constructs) Nothing much about the resume but depends on who takes the interview, if a Manager then will ask about the course work and resume related questions Onsite was less than a week later - Mostly questions relating to stated resume and basic programming concepts. Not a tough interview
