Adams & Moore interview questions

Interview was an eye wash just to fill the record by HR department. They even did not bother to contact back and upon calling HR was hiding. According to HR no technical knowledge is tested then on what basis a company so called aiming to reach a high turnover firm would hire its staff? Just by face expressions I believe so.
