Very long and complicated-4 steps process with no clear direction or transparency as to what will be included in the process from the get go. The HR rep had to idea what the role was about and hence only gave 15 minutes interview and could not answer any questions asked

The interview process was long and difficult. They use a structured, behavioral-based interview method that does not highlight your strengths. I should have taken time to discuss my experience with interviewers.
