Very long and complicated-4 steps process with no clear direction or transparency as to what will be included in the process from the get go.
The HR rep had to idea what the role was about and hence only gave 15 minutes interview and could not answer any questions asked

1st interview was 1:1 with hiring manager. Second interview as 1/2 day with all the functional areas, 30-45 minutes with each. 45 minutes with a VP. Third was a presentation on project status, with a number of specific items to be covered.
