I was contacted by a recruiter to know more about me and discuss about my resume. Then she told me about the open opportunities they have at ABK. At the end she told me that she would get back to me in a month.
The interview process begins with a review of resumes to shortlist candidates. Selected individuals often go through a phone or virtual screening to assess basic qualifications and communication skills. Next, candidates are invited to one or more formal interviews, which may include panel interviews, behavioral or technical questions, and discussions about the role and organization. Some positions require skills assessments, presentations, or case studies to evaluate problem-solving and job-specific competencies. Throughout the process, hiring teams evaluate candidates for fit, experience, and potential. Finalists may undergo reference or background checks. Once a decision is made, a formal job offer is extended.
3 rounds of interviews, first was Hireview, then 2 interviews with the team. Pleasant process, recruiter was in touch throughout and happy to answer any questions. Interviews were very fair and all questions were related to the position.
