I had a terrible experience and I strongly recommend that job seekers avoid this company at all costs because they do not care about us candidates that are in the extremely stressful position of trying to find a job. The recruiter rescheduled my screening call twice and and then showed up quite late to the 3rd attempt. I moved on to the next phase fairly quickly which went fine, followed up after a few days and received the generic response about still going through interviews and we’ll be in touch soon etc. I followed up again the following week and have never received a response. Don’t these companies realize how deflating being ghosted is? We put so much time, energy and stress in to the job hunting and interviewing process but to these companies we are just a number and not worth closing the loop with. Absolutely dreadful recruiters and recruiting process.
