Initially it was a positive experience; however, it would seem the company does not know exactly what they want in a candidate, as they kept changing gears and adding requirements. It seems obvious that career planning is not an HR skill they possess. They also indicated they currently don't have any career paths for their roles, and none of their current staff are "ready for the next level." This speaks to an overall poor management team that doesn't properly coach or develop their employees. They spent more time during the interview "waxing philosophic" than discussing the role. It sounds as if they were better as a small company and are having a rough transition to their growth.
