Action Urgent Care interview questions

Initial phone screening, followed by an in-person interview followed by a shadowing experience for 1 hour with a q&a session afterward. Roughly a 2-3 hour experience. Follow up questions were permitted via phone call or email after the interview session.

It was a zoom interview, scheduled within 1-2 days of my application. They asked about my BS degree, asked about my availability, explained the training process and start date. Very straightforward
