Online application was very easy, I was called 2 or 3 days later for an interview. Small tour of warehouse and brief description of job duties (interview not training) I'm pretty familiar and confident with the tasks. Short physical exam (2 minutes of step up/down, 1 minute squats, wrist curls-twisting a bar & rolling up a weight attached to a string then unrolling, weight pulling test)

Interview
very easy, he asked asked me two basic questions. i brought up experience from a previous job with the system that they use. was immediately hired and went on a tour of the warehouse.
Interview was pleasant. Pleasant atmosphere. People nice. Didn't feel under a microscope. Had a tour of the facilities and everyone was nice and seemed happy with their jobs. Seemed like a clean and bright place to work.

Phone interview went well. Gave the impression that I was goin to finalize the job only to arrive and have an interview like I was tryin out for corporate and tell me they’d get back within the day. Two days later I received an email sayin they went with another person better suited to their needs
