Interview
It was fine. We went to dinner, discussed the job and salary. Most he was selling the job to me rather than the other way around. There isn't more to say so I am not going to write anymore than this.
The purpose of the interview was to measure one's abilities to manage a production team and define what competencies and skills relating to working with a production team one possesses
Interviewer did not show up to the scheduled interview. He also did not pick up calls and did not respond to voice mail. Received rejection via portal the next morning.
It was harsh and cold, the manager had this awkward look on his face and didn't make me feel comfortable. Then he hadt his horrid body language and was asking me questions on topics he had no background in.
