Alot of different testing they had for me, had at least 2 interviews - interviewed with my direct boss and the CEO. Overall, it was a good experience and not too daunting.

Interview
Good questions asked during the interviews (3 phases of interviews including phone, video, and in person). They did personality and aptitude tests before the final interview also. It was a good interview process.
