I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accredible in Nov 2023
Interview
First interview was with someone in Europe who had interview times at 4AM. Call was rescheduled 3-4x with a different recruiter. Interview went great, even went over 15 minutes bc we were chatting so much. He ends the call saying "there were 150 ppl or so that applied, and there are ppl in stage 2 or 3. So if u get the generic "no" email, just know thats why." Completely unacceptable and unethical to interview someone and waste their time when there is clearly a slim to none chance they will move forward in the process. Tell candidates upfront so they can make that decision to speak with the team or not.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accredible (Charleston, SC) in Sep 2025
Interview
The HR screening was scheduled for 15 minutes but ended up running for 30 minutes. Since the recruiter was based overseas, my interview time options were very limited and ended up being very early in the morning (before 6 am) in my time zone. During the call, it seemed my basic application details had not been fully reviewed.
I then moved on to a one-hour interview with a director. The questions themselves were thoughtful and relevant to the role. However, the interview setting was noticeably informal, as the interviewer was on a couch and dressed very "comfortably", leaving me questioning if I was genuinely being considered from the start. At the end of the conversation, I asked about next steps and was told it would involve a panel interview with a presentation. When I asked about the presentation’s focus, I was told the details were not even developed yet.
