Accordion interview questions

First round was with HR via a phone screen that was about 30 minutes. Then we had a short cash flow projection model that was required to be delivered in about two weeks. Final round was a "superday" with two Senior Director or above-level interviews, 30 minutes each.

They waste a lot of your time. The HR people are very unprofessional with responding between rounds. I received a congratulatory email after completing the case study (3+ hours of a case study), Following that, I did not hear anything back for weeks. When I followed up - they said that they aren’t hiring for VPs at the moment. Why put me through the case study and reach out to me to interview then? They don’t even bother having a phone call with you to say that or putting in any effort to treating you like a human being. I cannot imagine working here. The hiring manager did not bother responding either. Very unprofessional and tacky.
