Interview was broken up into three parts.
First part you record your answers to questions provided. You also take a personality test so they can evaluate if you would be a good fit for the position.
Next you will schedule an interview over video call with the hiring Manager.
The last phase is a panel interview and actual on the job simulation of you running a meeting.
One of my favorite interview experiences I have ever had. Everyone was friendly throughout and there seems to be a strong team synergy you can almost feel while speaking with them.
