Met him at the front of the store and he took me to the back & he was really chill and friendly, it was really relaxed (mostly due to his personality). Briefly talked about previous work experience and how it would be similar. Asked a few questions. He then asked if I would be interested in training into a team lead eventually. Hired me and then we filled out some paperwork.
