I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Academic Analytics
Interview
After submitting my application online, I received an out of the blue request for a personality test. I took the test, however I never received further follow up until I reached out to the recruiter who had requested it. After following up via email, she was interested in proceeding with a phone interview. I met with the hiring manager and recruiter and had a great interview. After that call we arranged anon the phone interview with the VP of Product and Engineering and had another interview. After that call it was dead silence in hearing back from the company, even after following up. I'm assuming they have filled the position but the lack of communication has been very unfortunate after so many interviews.

What do you expect of your developers as a product owner?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Academic Analytics (Charlotte, NC) in Nov 2017
Interview
AA worked with a recruiting firm so I first had to go through several interviews with a recruiter. Then I spoke with HR and took two online "personality tests" before moving to the next phase of speaking with the Director of Sales, the CAO, one of the sales team, and the owner. The final phase was an on-site meeting with several of the team, and a demo of the technology platform. It was relatively fast, given the number of people, their travel commitments, and the holidays. No trick questions or head games. Everyone was so nice that I could easily imagine myself fitting into the culture.
