Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screening, two panel interviews, and a reference check. Each interview took place approximately one to two weeks apart. I applied for the role on early August and completed the final interviews in late October.
The People Operations team kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. They provided detailed information about next steps, including a journey map that offered more context and nuance about my progress in the interview process.
