Steps:
- Phone Screen with Recruiter
- Interview with Engineering Manager
- Interview with Front-End Dev
- Interview with Product Manager
- Interview with Back-End Dev
- Interview with CTO (didn't reach this point)
It was refreshing to interview for a position that didn't ask me to go through a LeetCode-like challenge. Most of my interviews pertained to discussions about my experience, how I work with a team, how I approach developing an API, what high-quality code looks like to me, etc. A+ to Abstract for not going down the coding challenge route. This was a much more holistic process.

Very to the point questions. They questioned me about my self but also software development kind of staff like things in React for my front end and in springboot for my backend
