Interview
Basically you speak with the Recruiter, then with the hiring manager and then they may or may not ask you to do a presentation of a topic of your choosing and may or may not ask you to speak with another individual contributor. In general very bad impression of the company. Complete immature hiring process, super disorganized, they ask you to do one thing via email and then during the interview they evaluate you based on something else, they do not give any feedback once they realize you are not the one "they want" and they do not acknowledge when they make mistakes due to the super disorganized hiring process. They interview candidates just for compliance reasons, since they need to interview a minimum of 3 or 5 candidates before hiring someone. From the beginning they might already know who they wanna hire and they make you go through the hiring process, completely wasting your time, while they already know who the person is for the role.

Projects/deals that didn't go as expected and what I learned from it, same questions for deals that did go well, describe your career journey so far, concerns that I have about joining Abnormal, what excites me about joining Abnormal, how I deal with working with multiple account executives etc
HR > HM > Team (two people) and did not get good reasons why not selected despite the conversations being very conversational. They were kind but I expect more from a company that has candidates spend that much time

Interview
The interview process was well paced and the recruiting team was on top of their process. The approach everyone that interviewed me took was conversational rather than Q&A, and the interview team provided feedback realtime. Great interview experience.
