The interview process was well organized and recruiter explained each step clearly. There were detailed instructions for each round that matched up with what interviewers expected. Things progressed quickly and smoothly between rounds, and recruiters were easy to communicate with.

Incident management - simulation of an on call scenario
Take Home Assessment to develop an application. They want to see your thinking and how you prompt AI to tackle the problem. The end product was an application that can support certain features
Practical problems that were different than your typical leetcode style questions. They let you look stuff up and use AI if you need it. Interview consisted of phone screen, and then full loop with hiring manager, system design, past project review.
Recruiter sent me a take-home assignment. I spent more than 8 hours on it, only to be rejected 5 minutes after the screening call because they hadn’t set up the ATS filters and didn’t check my application thoroughly. Promised to send a follow-up email the next day and, of course, they didn’t. Super unprofessional, no respect to applicants time
