Formal but also chill, I had two interviews with three different team managers, they are professional and asked me a lot about my background and clinical experience, and clearly introduced the team, KPI and company culture.

Very quick and simple, just over zoom. Mainly ask about your previous experiences and OT related skills. People are very friendly and responsive. Jus one round of interview and I have obtained the offer in a week.
