I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Boca Raton, FL) in May 2012
Interview
It was a group interview - easy. The hard part is that since it is in a group, it is hard to stand out and hard for the manager to actually remember you. I had a interview group with 12 other people... a little too hard to come up with a different answer...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What does this brand represent to you?
Why do you want to work for AnF?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
