Composed of two rounds, the first one being 2 interviews with members of the A&F HR team, and the second being a member of the Planner team (or any other specific segment you're applying for), the final round is composed of two online super days that take roughly 3 hours each. You get a mentor beforehand, who will meet with you to help you prepare for the process. First day is a virtual office visit broken up into "visits" to the department team, HR, and is finished off with a independent case study (for specific tracks). The second super-day is 3 back to back interviews with various members of the recruitment team and members.
