At the time I was in college. A recruiter found me on LinkedIN and wanted to meet me in person for an interview because there was an on-campus career event happening at my school that they would be attending. I passed this interview and for the next couple months I went through another interview screening and a design test.

Very smooth interview process and I received a quick follow up from the company. The job was not the right fit for me, but the interview process was very positive.

Interview
Very laid back... everything is except the work. The work can be, at times, very fast. It's the nature of the business. On the whole... it is a great place to work. I think that it will continue to become a better place to work with the new management and new direction.
